The Pink Owl returns with a full band thanks to a Tascam 488 cassette recorder. The ghostly punk junk-folk of his first album is replaced by a newly surfaced devotion to power pop, but the space-country vibe, attitude, and warble continue to be the essence of the singular craftsman that is The Pink Owl. 'Fully Delusional' is a one way ticket through a wormhole, and on the other side is a universe much different than the one you've come to know.
